Returns
You may return any product, with the exception of sale items, books, and jewellery, within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned unused and unaltered. All original packaging and labeling must be returned in good condition also.
Returns may only be made via the online store and not at any Simon James Design stores.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
You are to cover the costs of your return freight (unless your goods are faulty) to the Simon James Concept Store.
Exchanges

Items may only be exchanged for other items on the Simon James Concept Store website.
Exchanges may only be made via the online store and not at any Simon James Design stores.

Use your order number as your returns reference in all email correspondence and on the return forms.
Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Sale Items
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US
Complete and enclose the return / exchange form, included with your shipment and downloadable here.

Securely repackage your item.
We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

How long will processing of my return take?
Once your item has been received by us your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five working days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may
require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from simonjamesdesign.com
How long will processing of my exchange take?
Once your item has been received by us your new item will be sent to you within five working days. Once the item has been sent we will advise you of the item’s tracking number and expected arrival date.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty you may return it or exchange it. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5 days of receipt. Please note on the return / exchange form your preference in this regard. If the
item is faulty we will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.
