The Flowers: Odorantes
We’re ever-so-inspired by Parisian florist Odorantes. Owned by French make-up artist Emmanuel Sammartino and his partner Christophe Herve, this is not your typical florist – more a flower boutique.
The walls are painted a chic, matte grey, which makes the flowers the star of the store. Ever-changing themes, from Greek Gods to swans, butterflies and birds, this store attracts such luminaries as Catherine Deneuve, Karl Lagerfeld and Sofia Coppola.
All of the flowers in the store are carefully sourced fresh from around France, each bouquet a work of art – unique, tailored to the client. Flowers are arranged by scent rather than colour, and wrapped in chic black paper with little poems hidden away inside.
Rich lavender roses; fleshy, peachy-pink anemones – they even sell a lipstick based on their signature roses. How inspiring for wedding blooms! You can see more on their website here.
